Welcome to humanoid. By using our Virtual Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using humanoid (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Payments

All fees are due at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards via Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

4.1 Ownership of Generated Images

humanoid retains copyright ownership of all images generated through the Service. This includes but is not limited to the photographic elements, 3D renders, AI-generated compositions, lighting, and artistic direction.

4.2 Client License

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use their commissioned images for:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• E-commerce and product listings
• Social media and advertising
• Print and digital publications related to their fashion products

4.3 humanoid Portfolio Rights

humanoid reserves the right to use all generated images in our portfolio, marketing materials, website, and promotional activities. By using the Service, you grant humanoid permission to showcase your commissioned work as examples of our capabilities.

4.4 AI & Photography Attribution

Images are created using proprietary photographic assets, 3D rendering techniques, and AI-assisted composition tools. The synthetic models are trained on humanoid's original photography. All creative direction, lighting design, and final curation is performed by humanoid's team.

4.5 Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any 3D garment files (.glb, .gltf) you upload. By uploading, you grant humanoid a license to process these files solely for the purpose of creating your commissioned renders. We do not share or reuse your garment designs.

4.6 Restrictions

Clients may not:

• Resell or redistribute the generated images as stock photography
• Claim copyright ownership of the images
• Remove watermarks or attribution (if applicable)
• Use images in ways that misrepresent humanoid's work

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

humanoid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
